Everything You Need to Know Before Boarding.
Please arrive on time and follow our check-in procedure so your journey to Nusa Penida starts smoothly and on schedule.
We recommend arriving at least 45–60 minutes before your scheduled departure time. This gives you enough time to check in, collect your boarding pass, and store your luggage before boarding begins.
Check-in counters are located at our meeting points in Sanur (Jl. Matahari Terbit No.9B) and Nusa Penida (Jl. Bias Muntig, Ped). Our staff wearing Arjuna Fast Boat uniforms will assist you at the counter.
Please bring a valid ID or passport along with your e-ticket or booking confirmation (printed or on your phone). Our staff will verify your booking before issuing your boarding pass.
Yes, another person may check in for you as long as they have your booking confirmation and the ID of the passenger(s) named on the ticket.
Boats depart on schedule and cannot wait for late passengers. If you arrive after check-in closes, please contact our team immediately via WhatsApp to check for the next available departure.
Yes, subject to availability. Please contact our customer service at least 24 hours before departure to request a change of meeting point.

Each passenger is allowed one main luggage (max 20 kg) and one carry-on/hand bag free of charge. Additional or oversized luggage may be subject to an extra fee.
Yes, luggage exceeding the free allowance will incur an additional fee, payable at check-in. Rates depend on size and weight — please ask our staff for current pricing.
Flammable materials, weapons, hazardous chemicals, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited. Please contact us in advance if you're unsure whether an item is permitted.
Luggage is securely stored in a designated storage area on the boat, separate from the passenger cabin, and handled by our crew during loading and unloading.
Please report any issue to our crew or staff immediately upon arrival. We recommend keeping valuables, electronics, and important documents with you in your carry-on bag rather than in checked luggage.
