Booking & Payment
Everything you need to know before you hit "confirm" — pricing, payment methods, and getting your e-ticket.
Pick your route and travel date, choose your preferred departure time, then fill in passenger details and pay online. Once payment is confirmed, your e-ticket is sent straight to your email or WhatsApp — that's your boarding pass, so keep it handy for check-in.
The fares listed are current at the time you're browsing, though prices can change before you actually complete payment. Once you've paid and received your confirmation, that price is locked in — no surprise charges added afterward.
No, ticket fares don't include travel insurance. Each fast boat operator carries its own insurance policy for the crossing, but if you'd like personal travel insurance, that's something you'd need to arrange separately.
You can pay by credit card, bank transfer, or the digital wallet options shown at checkout. Once payment goes through, you'll get a confirmation automatically — no need to send proof of payment manually.
First, check your spam/junk folder — some email providers filter automated messages. If it's still not there after a few minutes, message our reservation team on WhatsApp with your booking name and payment details, and we'll resend it right away.
FAQ
Cancellations, Reschedule & Refunds
Plans change — here's how refunds, rescheduling, and weather-related cancellations work.
Yes, but the amount depends on timing: cancel more than 7 days before departure and you get a full refund, 3–7 days out gets you 50% back, and anything under 48 hours before departure is unfortunately non-refundable. No-shows also aren't eligible for a refund.
Yes — rescheduling with the same boat operator is free as long as you request it at least 48 hours before your original departure, and it depends on seat availability for the new slot. Switching to a different operator entirely may involve a cancellation fee.
If a crossing gets cancelled or delayed because of bad weather, rough seas, or boat issues beyond anyone's control, that's outside our team's responsibility to prevent — but we will help you arrange a reschedule or cancellation through customer service, whichever works better for your plans.
Once you've received the ticket and the trip service has been carried out (including any shuttle service), chargebacks aren't accepted — any concerns should be raised directly with our customer service team so we can sort it out on our end.
Occasionally operators adjust their own schedules, and that's something outside of our control as the booking platform. If this happens to your trip, our team will notify you and help sort out the best alternative time.
FAQ
During & After the Trip
What to expect once you're on your way, plus a few things worth knowing after you've landed.
Most Sanur–Nusa Penida crossings are direct. If you're booking toward Gili Air, Gili Trawangan, or Lombok instead, some routes do include a transit stop along the way — this is set by the operator's own routing, not something we can guarantee in advance.
Yep — check-in timing, ID requirements, and luggage allowance are all covered in detail on our Check-In & Luggage Info page, so head there for the specifics rather than us repeating it here.
Our reservation team is reachable daily from 8 AM to 10 PM (local time) via WhatsApp, phone, or email — that's the fastest way to reach someone if you run into an issue at the port or need last-minute help.
Definitely — we offer several Nusa Penida tour options (West, East, Instagramable spots, snorkeling packages) that can be added either at the same time as your boat booking or afterward, depending on availability.
Yes — arjunafastboat.com is an officially authorized booking partner of Arjuna Fast Cruise, operated by Bali RSV—Hospitality Indonesia and registered under Indonesian law, so your booking here is handled through a legitimate channel.
